WAVA Property Management Service Options
At WAVA Property Management, we offer prospective landlords three solutions in terms of rental and managment service options.
Rental Option Only ~ We can lease your property through RE/MAX Gateway where we will list the property for rent in the MLS (multiple listing system) and on over 300 websites including Craigslist, MilitaryByOwner, Remax.com, Yahoo, Redfin and so forth. We will also meticulously screen every applicant to rent the property. Our intense screening process includes not only credit, rental and employment history but a criminal background check as well. We verify employment and income via the past 60 days paystubs and/or the past 2 years W-2's. We will review all of the information with you so you can make an informed decision and select the best applicant to be your tenant. We will craft the lease and get it fully executed and schedule & coordinate the move-in process. We provide you and your new tenant with a multi-page inspection report and photos as well. Management Option Only ~ We can take your current lease and the tenant you have in place and manage the property according to the terms of the lease. We can also take the new lease and your new tenant and schedule & coordinate the move-in process, complete the move-in property inspection and handle all of the service calls / repairs that may arise with your property. We employ a full time property manager taht will facilitate any service calls as well as conduct the move-in, semi-annual and move-out inspections on your property to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property and that you're aware of any property condition issues that may be arising in the near future. We also collect monthly rents, pay the property's expenses and disburse the balance to you via mail, autodraft or wire wire for your added convenience. Please Contact Us For Rates Information.
